Recover your existing account

No old passkey is needed. For your security, the owner must first approve which existing account and email belong to you. Then use this form to receive a private recovery link.

Reset your password or finish confirmation

Enter the same email you used to register. We’ll send a reset link, or a fresh confirmation if setup is unfinished. Only email links expire after 30 minutes; confirmed accounts remain. You do not need to register again.

Create your email sign-in

Use the same email as your San Francisco reservation. After you verify it, an unambiguous matching SF trip appears automatically—no invitation or access request is needed. Different emails, duplicate records or restricted access need Stefne’s review. Account creation does not grant house or Co-Host access.

Your private invitation or existing account stays connected. We’ll confirm that this email belongs to you. Each visitor account needs its own receiving email address. If you already registered with this email, choose Sign in instead.

At least 15 characters. A few memorable words are fine. Password managers and pasting are welcome.

Confirm Your Account

Enter the SAME email address and password you just used to register. Use your saved password—not a newly generated one. Then select Confirm My Account to finish verification.
